2017 Natural Art Freedom To Fish Calendar
This Calendar contains photos I have taken while working around the water. My goal is to creatively capture the natural beauty of our coastal treasures without using filters or photoshop. The calendar helps me promote positive solutions for the responsible harvest of sustainable fisheries with minimal waste. Some solutions include stocking native species, creating artificial reefs, properly managing quotas, and processing seafood scraps into feed or fertilizer. Proven solutions that focus on enhancing our fisheries and food supply can be the perfect blend of aquaculture and wild-caught seafood that lives free and self-sufficient until harvested. We could feed more people and create more recreational opportunity as stocks thrive at historically high levels. These simple solutions would benefit everyone and our environment, but they will only be implemented if enough concerned citizens support them.
